High-Speed Structural Drying System

When your property has sustained water damage, fast efficient drying is essential to mitigate the damage and to prevent potential mold growth. At Yellow Van Cleaning & Restoration, we use an advanced structural drying system that speeds up the drying time, reducing the amount of interruption in your life and helping to reduce the amount of damage to your property.

Thermal Imaging for Moisture & Restoration

Water will always travel through the path of least resistance, which means that it can end up in areas of your home or business you wouldn’t suspect. At Yellow Van Cleaning & Restoration, we use thermal imaging technology to locate and identify areas where water has traveled, or areas where water damage may be hidden, such as behind walls or in ceilings. Thermal imaging allows our technicians to pinpoint the source of a water intrusion and locate where the water has traveled. Throughout the drying process, thermal imaging can be used to document dryness of an area without being invasive.

We have liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and all our employees are insured with workers’ compensation.
